*Responsibilities:*
- Preferable to be a graduate
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and administration
- Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Intune
- Hardware break/fix and peripheral support
- Audio/video conferencing support
- Basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- OS installation, imaging, patching and endpoint management
- *Good Communication Skills with fluency in English*
